Ahhhhhh. The constant ressurection of classics. What was once new, is now old, but even better than before. This route is all about rocks. Big rocks, little rocks, scary rocks, slabby rocks. Slippery rocks. Brown rocks and black rocks. Some pine needles too. Lotsa pine needles. Had to circumvent the evil ones this am. Usually quite easy as they are encumbered by large beeping powered machines and I can pass through the woods relatively silently. Nailed the route and the timing, checked the log in at the knoll and realized I had not ridden one section of this trail in 5 weeks. Wow. I have been riding alot (duh - wat else do you do with 75 days of perfect riding weather). Looks like more bluebird and perfect creation weather end of next week. When will it end? Indianapolis tomorrow, Austin next week...then I think I am done with airplanes for the year. Pulling a paddleboard together for the Florida excursion. It rolls on..........
